About the Webinar
Separating memories is a difficult process, and, more often, it works the other way: 2 or more memories are combined. The end result: confusion over date, name, and place. The story may seem more interesting, but for the family historian, attempting to extract a person’s vital details from that medium and the conflation (combining 2 or more events into a single one) can stymie the researcher for decades. Learn some ways to determine if a family story is a combination of memories.
