SCGS's free online Lunch & Learn Educational Series will feature Leslie Anderson on Saturday, September 13, from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. PDT. Leslie's topic will be “Advanced Strategies for Virginia’s Slave Births”.
About the Presentation
Our speaker, Leslie Anderson, will share techniques for applying advanced strategies as you research the six-volume Virginia Slave Births Index, 1853–1865, which reveals informants, infant and mother names, birthdates, and birthplaces obscured in challenging records.
