About the Event
This introduction to genealogy will be led by Charlotte Bocage, Education Chair of the Southern California Genealogical Society, who will go over strategies and tools that will help participants get started on family research. The class will introduce the beginning genealogist to the basic requirements in building and connecting a family tree. Participants will learn how to access forms, charts, and records, which will guide their journeys in family history research.
The class will be led by Charlotte Bocage, Education Chair of the Southern California Genealogical Society, covering strategies and tools to help participants get started on family research.
Registration if required.
Limited to 15 participants.
About Charlotte
Charlotte has over four decades of experience. She has taught at UCLA’s Ocher Program and Family Tree University and has lectured at nationwide societies and the National Genealogical Society’s Annual Conference 2022.
