Save the Date: Celebrating Our SCGS Volunteers
One of our most cherished pre-Pandemic traditions is returning.
On Saturday, June 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., SCGS will host a Volunteer Luncheon to honor those who have shared their time, skills, and generous spirit with the Society over the past year.
As a nonprofit organization, SCGS simply would not exist without its volunteers. They greet visitors, assist researchers, care for our collections, support programs and publications, and quietly handle countless behind-the-scenes tasks. Their dedication keeps our community welcoming, vibrant, and strong — and helps ensure that family stories and historical records are preserved for generations to come.
This gathering is our opportunity to pause, reconnect, and say a heartfelt thank you.
