What, exactly, is WikiTree? 

It's a free, online collaborative family tree. 

Whose family tree? 

Everyone's--at least, those who collaborate! WikiTree is also known as a one-world tree or a global family tree. It was created to encourage more "recent" ancestors (rather than Erasthmus, your 7th great-grandfather) to connect with one another on a private and accessible platform. Join expert Laurie Angel as she guides attendees through WikiTree's various features, explaining tools and features to help you join this beneficial research community. You don't need to be a member of the British Isles Interest Group or have roots in the British Isles to attend.
