About the Event
The SCGS Writers Group Online meets on Sunday, August 11, from 1 to 3 p.m.
Under the expert guidance of Jennifer Taylor, SCGS's Writers Group is a lively, friendly group that shares ideas for researching and writing our family tales and histories. The only requirement is membership in SCGS. Beginners are always welcome!
The group selected to write about the following genealogical/memoir topics:
Catching “the bug” of genealogy
Deconstructing a newspaper article
Game day stories
