SCGS's Lunch & Learn Educational Series hosts a Double Bill on Saturday, August 10, featuring two engaging genealogists. The second presenter is Jane Neff Rollins, who will present "Let No (Wo)Man Put Asunder--Researching Ancestors Who Divorce" at 2:15 p.m.
In the ideal world, marriages last until "death us do part." But in the real world, divorces happen, then and now. In her presentation, Jane will explore the various documents that provide evidence that a divorce occurred. As a case study, Jane will use her Great-Aunt Jeannette, who was married at least three times.
