$10.01-$40 = $ 5.00
$40.01-$75 = $ 7.50
$75.01-$120 = $10.00
Over $120 = $15.00

CDs:

1-3 CDs = $5.00
4-6 CDs = $7.00

For shipping to Canada

up to $10 = $ 7.00
$10.01-$20 = $ 10.00
$20.01-$50 = $ 15.00
$50.01-$75 = $20.00
75.01 to 120 = 35.00
120.01 and above = call library for rates

Purchases

The Southern California Genealogical Society strives to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of all products sold as they are described on our web site and in our printed materials.

Goods offered for sale by SCGS may be purchased via cash, check or by credit card. If applicable, shipping, handling, and tax are additional.

Returns

You're eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part.

Refunds will only be given with a valid receipt.

All purchases whether by credit card, cash, or check will be refunded via check no later than 30 days after receipt of the refund request. Check refunds will be sent to the requester through the mail.

All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Buyer must return the item in the same condition, in which it was shipped, with return shipping pre-paid.

Exceptions to this Return Policy: Sale and Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Jamboree registration fees are not included in this policy.
